Vin-Mar Precision Metals Inc. is a family owned and operated Precision Sheet Metal Company in business for over 40 years.

Established in 1967 Vin-Mar has built a solid reputation of customer satisfaction with our ability to produce close tolerance products. The company has attained this length of operation by producing manufactured parts that strictly conform to your design specifications, while respecting your production schedules and deadlines.

Since 1967, Vin-mar has produced a large variety of sheet metal parts for an array of industries, such as:

• Camera Housings for the Teleprompter Industry
• Electrical Chassis and Weldments for Telecommunications and Intercommunication Systems.
• Stainless and Aluminum Shields and Liners for Nanotechnology and the Microetch Field.
• Various cabinets, components and control panels for the Defense, Aerospace, Microwave and Medical Industries.

Working with various metals such as copper, brass, muntz, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled and hot rolled steel, with thickness ranging from .005 to .250, we are able to provide a number of services.

Vin-mar is also able to provide engineering, design and blue printing services, as well as working with modification and machining of drawn cans and extruded materials.

Another area, in which Vin-mar is able to provide a service to our customers, is in our complete welding and spot-welding shops. Our welding department includes Tig welding of all types of steel and aluminum. This is all worked to specification and certification.

Vin-mar also provides assembly and silver brazing services, which in most cases, provides the customer with the total fabrication of a sheet metal component, which in turn gives a more complete service to our customers.

While no part processing is done on premises, Vin-Mar holds close business relations with dip brazing, heat treating, plating and painting companies. We are fortunate that most of these companies are local and are approved process sources. We drop off and pick up at these companies daily.
